Delivery and Returns
Any items which are stocked in our stores will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed.
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail post or courier.
We are open Mon-Fri 9-30am to 5pm Sat 9-30am to 3pm.
Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.
Items supplied are subject to availability at the date of your order.
If you are ordering more than one item, your items may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can.
If we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 working days following receipt of your goods. This includes your right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging for the order if the charge was levied with your original order and it is returned in full. You will be responsible for any return postage payable.
We recommend that when returning your parcel via Royal Mail you request a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt.
We will endeavour to process all Refunds within 48hrs of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow slightly longer.
Items returned must be in their original condition with all tickets and packaging intact.
Special orders ie special colours or sizes outside of our standard stock range are exempt from our returns policy.
Goods are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
Products available on our website may not be available in all our retail stores and vice versa.
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the Website at the time you place your order (plus a delivery charge) except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
The prices quoted on this Website apply only to products sold via this Website. Where the same products are available in our stores or via other stockists different prices may apply.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Please note that sizing data is not binding. All measurements are for guidance only. Colours within this website are an indication of colour and are not 100% representative of the actual colour.
